A mobile application that allows residents without home internet access to use council services on smartphones has been launched by East Lindsey District Council.

The application, which has been designed in-house, offers services such as refuse collection dates, reporting local issues, and how to contact specific customer service teams.

“We need to continually improve access to our services and make it as easy as possible for people to conduct their business with us,” says councillor Doreen Stephenson.
