Welcome to ServiceDesk360, the new focal point for the IT support and IT services industry. Brought to you by VCM, the organiser of the Service Desk and IT Support show, this new site offers all-year round coverage and a wealth of information for improving your support operation.
Having edited several key industry titles over the years, Service Desk 360 is the project that I’m most excited about, primarily because it is an opportunity to create something that the industry has been crying out for and to give service desk professionals the chance to learn and interact in a dynamic and fresh way.
