Service management software struck Accord
ITIL and best practice focus means House-on-the-Hill gets the nod from housing group.
One of the largest housing groups in the Midlands, Accord Group, has selected service management software from House-on-the-Hill’s SupportDesk tool to improve its IT operations and pave the way for ISO 20000 certification.
Accord Group’s 500 network users, ranging including office-based administration, finance, HR through to off-site staff , will be able to log calls from any location.
Ian Tinsley, information systems manager at Accord, said the expansion of the business meant the IT team had outgrown its previous system which had limited functionality and reporting capabilities. He also said that the decision was based on SupportDesks functionality and configurability, good user-friendly interface and the wealth of features and reports it can provide. We also like the modular approach and ITIL focus.
House-on-the-Hill’s SupportDesk has also been installed by Guernsey-based fund administrator Ipes, to help underpin its commitment to ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) and streamline its service.
