Norwich Union is using scheduling and mobile worker software to help its service desk better manage a team of several 100 field-based engineers.
The ClickSoftware Schedule and Mobile products being used by the insurance group, which is soon to be renamed Aviva, are designed to improve the efficiency of the field operation by reducing the amount of back office processing and lowering the amount of travel needed to inspect damaged cars following accidents.
