Nordic bins paper and card for software automation
A desire to improve the quality and accuracy of its helpdesk has seen waste management specialist Nordic Recycling replace a manual service management system with House on the Hill’s SupportDesk software.
Installed at its Kent-based helpdesk, the software allows Nordic, which provides recycling services to UK public and private sector organisations, to record and control incidents. Staff can also log and monitor their own support issues.
Helpdesk administrator Emma Hussey summarises the improvements realised since installing the technology. “House-on-the-Hill’s software is giving us better efficiency, control, reporting, performance monitoring and improved customer relations.”
