A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Service Management/ Service Delivery Coordinator to join a well-established blue chip organisation based in Reading.
You will be responsible for ensuring contract specific customer incidents and requests are proactively monitored, chased and escalated throughout their lifecycle and closed within their contractual SLA’s. The successful candidate will be the single point of contact for the contract Service Delivery Manager and will be a key link between service delivery, the service desk and the customer. You will ensure high levels of quality and customer service is provided at all times to all customers and users. A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Trilingual Enterprise Support / Service
Salary: GBP20000 – GBP22000 per annum DOE + Benefits
