An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Principle Service Introduction/Transition/Implementation Manager to join a dynamic blue chip organisation based in the City of London and Peterborough.

As a Principle Service Introduction/Transition/Implementation Manager to oversee all Service Introduction projects being undertaken by the Service Transition Team and to bring a wealth of knowledge and experience of on boarding outsourced Managed Services in to an IT Services Provider’s operational environment.

As a Principle Service Introduction/Transition/Implementation Manager you will be required to drive quality across the newly formed Transition team and ensure effective and efficient project management. To improve the knowledge, skills and training of the team, and act as a ‘mentor’ to less experienced Specialists. The overall aim being to continually improve the ability and credibility of the department.
