A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a German speaking Service Delivery Manager/Customer Relationship Manager to join our prestigious client based in Slough with frequent travel to Germany.

Your primary responsibility will be to serve as the principal contact within technical support for large customers who are subscribers to advanced support programs. Your role will be to solely manage customer support contracts, managing any open issues and customer escalations.

Salary: GBP43000 – GBP48160 per annum package + benefits.
Start Date: ASAP
