A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Service Management Analyst to join a dynamic blue chip organisation based in Fareham.
As a Service Management Analyst you will act as a Subject Matter Expert reporting to the Application Support Manager. You will be responsible for a group of applications and/or services, and should ensure the operating level agreements are maintained, without compromising on service quality and still drive continuous improvement.
Salary: GBP33000 – GBP35000 per annum DOE + Training + Benefits
