Feedback from the ITSM community has led the organiser of the Service Desk & IT Support Show to create two Hot Topic sessions dedicated to discussing the intricacies of building a service catalogue.

Inspired by the #Back2ITSM campaign, which aims to generate guidance for the issues that really matter to the community, ServiceDesk360 readers were asked to submit their topics via Twitter or through comments, with service catalogue emerging as the clear favourite.

Taking place on both days of the event at 1045 in the Hot Topic Zone, the service catalogue sessions will allow attendees to share their experiences regarding this crucial issue, learn from their peers and take away practical guidance for building, categorising and proving the value of a defined set of IT services.

Back2ITSM is also the theme of a dedicated seminar session taking place on the day one of the event (Tuesday 24th April), with the #ITSMWPROW podcast being recorded live at the show.

SDITS takes place at Earls Court on 24-25 April, featuring more than 70 exhibitors, an extensive education programme and the chance to interact with hundreds of like-minded IT service and support professionals.  Click here for free SDITS registration.
