Helping service desks incorporate social media into their support framework is the centrepiece of Sostenuto 4.0, the latest release of Sunrise’s service management software.

The new version of Sostenuto has been rebuilt around the latest web standards which Sunrise says improves its integration with back office and web applications including social media platforms.  Such flexibility is vital because it allows IT service management to link into and work more effectively with the rest of the business, according to Sunrise Software sales director Geoff Rees.
