In the last of our Service Desk & IT Support Show (SDITS11) previews, we look at the cloud technologies being shown.

- Focus Group Europe (FocusGE) provides a range of services that revolve around ServiceNow’s SaaS management solution. Also in attendance on FocusGE stand 634 will by Nikki Taylor Green from Harrods, who will talk about the store’s experience with both FocusGE and ServiceNow.

- Frontrange is showcasing its ITSM suite for SaaS computing environments. The software, launched earlier this year, is under the brand name of SaaSIT, and includes service management, service catalogue and asset management, built around an ITIL framework. Visitors are invited to stand 514 to test drive FrontRange’s on site and SaaS ITSM, voice self-service, asset management and customer service software.

- Two new products from Partners in IT will be demonstrated at the show on stand 636, both designed to compliment and integrate with partner ServiceNow’s ITSM platform. GovernIT is a process model that accelerates implementation, and VisionIT, a subscription service for IT management and monitoring that aims to provide enterprise functionality at an entry-level price.

- Vivantio says it is showcasing a new concept in self-service design based on data visualisation technology, enabling information to be graphically re-organised on the fly to meet the needs of the individual users. As the CEO Greg Rich puts it: “imagine, Vivantio meets Minority Report.” Take a visit to stand 810 for a demonstration that hopefully won’t include being chased by metal spiders.
