Industry experts including Shirley Lacy and Dr Geoff Harmer will be hosting ‘ask the expert’ Q&A sessions live at the Service Desk and IT Support Show which begins next week.
Taking place on the IT Governance (ITG) stand 936, the sessions will cover a wide range of ITSM topics.
The Show will also see the launch of an ITSM documentation toolkit from ITG covering ISO/IEC 20000, and designed for organisations wishing to implement service management best practice.
