Recognising the rapid adoption of Android devices in the workplace, IT support software provider Zendesk has made its products available through Google Apps.
By integrating with Google Apps and supporting single sign-on, Zendesk says that the apps allow service desk staff to work seamlessly between multiple applications and devices, improving efficiency of IT support.
