VocaLink has underlined the quality of its service desk by achieving three star certification following an auditing and benchmarking process.
The certification, from the Service Desk Institute (SDI), was awarded after a six month auditing programme, covering areas including policy and strategy, people management, performance results, and corporate social responsibility, to test all the services offered by the desk.
“I am delighted to be part of one of only a handful of organisations throughout the world to have secured this high standard and am very proud of our Service Desk Team members who have worked tirelessly to achieve it,” says VocaLink CEO Ian Gausden.
