Sunrise Mobile offers support to live event specialist
Sports and entertainments company Sheffield International Venues (SIV) has implemented Sostenuto Mobile from IT help desk software provider Sunrise Software, allowing IT support staff to deliver around the clock service regardless of their location.
Launched at the Service Desk and IT Support Show the software arms support staff with relevant support information and incident management tools, with the aim of enhancing service delivery and reducing resolution times. Sostenuto Mobile give support teams service desk access from Android, Apple iOS and Blackberry devices.
“(Sostenuto Mobile) allows engineers to be alerted to new incidents and service requests with immediate access into the system, to ensure they have the detailed information whilst they are out and about across our organisation. This enhances our service delivery and ultimately gives the confidence to our customers that we are doing a good job,” says SIV ITC manager Michael Cook.
