The need for real-time visibility of service desk performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) has led ITSM software specialist Sunrise Software to create Sostenuto Wallboard.
An addition to the Sostenuto suite of IT service and support tools, the product gives managers and service desk staff clear visual information which assists with day-to-day performance and making business critical decisions, for example proactively controlling resources, and displays information appropriate to each customer environment.
“Key data, visually presented and automatically updated in real-time, enables service desk managers to support changes to their business environment quickly and in line with industry best-practice principles such as ITIL,” says Sunrise Software sales director Geoff Rees.
