An 18th century sugar plantation turned holiday resort might be a far cry from RealVNC’s mainstream corporate clients, however the remote IT management company has announced the successful deployment of its software across The Jalousie Plantation on the island of St.Lucia.
Covering almost 100 acres, the resort required a way of managing IT systems without sending support staff to multiple locations across the site. The resort says that since implementing RealVNC, it has improved time for problem resolution without disrupting guests enjoyment, and enabled staff to concentrate on providing guests with an ‘unforgettable holiday’.
