Selection Services says its recently completed management buyout and acquisition of Cloud Data means it has immediately becomes one of the UK’s leading managed service providers in the SME (Small to Medium Enterprise) space.“This is really exciting news for everyone involved in the company.  Cloud Data has an established and proven shared services model.  It enriches our existing Selection cloud offering, enabling us to significantly increase our ‘cloud’ capabilities whilst ensuring our clients benefit from more advantageous price points,” says Selection Services managing director Grahame Harrington.

As part of the company reorganisation, Cloud Data founder Anthony Galley has joined Selection’s board of director, bringing his wealth of experiences in remote hosting to the organisation.  “The combination of Selection and Cloud Data comes at a pivotal time as the IT sector moves towards increased outsourcing and the adoption of cloud services.  I am very excited about the opportunity the combined group presents.  We are looking to exploit this through both organic and acquisitive growth, and expect to be making the first acquisition in the next few months.”
