LiveTime launches remote Android client
LiveTime has launched an Android application that enables support staff to remote access the company’s ITSM and support products, including Novell Service Desk.
The LiveTime Android client allows staff to manage a range of service requests, including problem, incident, and change resolution, along with remote deployment, and the ability to monitor SLA achievements.
The app is designed to enhance the service delivered by LiveTime software, be it SaaS or on-premises, with the aim of improving service levels, increasing visibility, and aligning processes with the rest of the business.
