Kaseya, the IT systems management specialist, is opening two new contact centres which will offer 24/7 support to 4,500 global customers.
Dublin and Auckland have been chosen as the locations and will each open for 12-13 hours per day. The combined service allows Kaseya to offer phone and web-based chat technical support to customers in all time zones.
A centralised contact system is being used by both centres to give agents a single view of each customer profile and history.
