Insurance facilitator GoCompare.com has deployed IT service management software from Cherwell as part of a strategy to create a results-driven and transparent IT infrastructure.
GoCompare.com was looking for a flexible system that could adapt to changes within the business now and in the future, and felt that Cherwell understood its objective of creating an IT framework that will help the company become a world class organisation. Installation of the technology was managed by specialist Cherwell implementor CRMWorks.
“Initial results have been very promising and internal customers have noted improvements straight away. They are reporting much better incident resolution times and significant improvements in communication with the department,” says GoCompare.com head of IT Ben Wigley.
