Axios combines ITSM fundamentals with social IT
Axios Systems has built social collaborative technology into its ITSM suite to help its customers improve the breadth and quality of support delivered.
Called Assyst10, the software integrates with popular social platforms, plus delivers its own social IT tools including peer-to-peer support. This combined functionality allows helpdesk staff to handle multiple requests, while crowdsourced community support helps reduce voice and email traffic by maximising the use of company and wider-community knowledge.
“Companies are increasingly being challenged with improving IT service levels in more complex business environments – while continuing to reduce costs. As we designed assyst10, we understood the influence consumer technology could have on improving processes and service levels, while creating a lower total cost of ownership,” says Axios Systems vice president Markos Symeonides.
