Hornbill workshops show ITIL Version 3 opening move

Service management expert Malcolm Fry will be headlining a series of events by Hornbill designed to offer guidance on the implementation of ITIL Version 3.

The workshops are directed towards managers in service delivery, support and operations and will cover topics including selecting suitable V3 processes, what steps to undertake first and how build on these foundations.

The events will take place in London, Birmingham and Manchester between 30 June and 7 July, registration is free and further details are available from Hornbill.
