Lights go up on Art Alliance story

Digital cinema network Art Alliance Media (AAM), will be presenting a webinar on Thursday 27 May, outlining its use of ICCM’s e-service desk software to underpin its support operation.

AAM will explain how ICCM’s software and Metastorm’s Business Process Management (BPM) have been used to align service desk processes with business requirements, and how these processes can be modified ‘on demand’ to fit with other in-house databases and systems.
